On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Sada Foundation for Buiding and Development, in its headquarters in Sana’a, honored a group of the foundation’s employees, and women leaders from local organizations and offices, in the presence of the Foundation’s president, Walid Al-Ali, and the Foundation’s CEO, Mona Al-Hammadi.

In the honoring event, which was attended by a feminist gathering, the President of the Foundation delivered a speech on this occasion, stressing the importance of what women achieve and the position they occupy in the local and global community despite the conditions of war imposed on our great Yemeni people.

In the event attended by SFBD Sada employees, 17 women civil society leaders representing a number of local organizations and offices were honored with certificates of appreciation for the effective contribution and role that they emerged in.
